By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of religious content.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Siddurim Com, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
